The ancient Egyptians, the Greeks, and the Incas clearly recognized the profound significance of gold, a symbol denoting divinity and unparalleled power. In our endeavor to create the Gold Leaf piano, our aim was to recapture the remarkable magnificence epitomized by the treasures of Tutankhamun.
The splendor of the golden surface is nearly ineffable; it appears as though the light emanates from within the piano itself, a result of the meticulous hand-applied gold leafing technique. Upon entering the environment that houses this instrument, the piano unveils itself gradually with each step taken: its surface interacts with the light in a captivating manner, enticing onlookers with its timeless elegance. LUMIERE CRYSTAL
The familiar silhouette of the grand piano is elegantly reimagined with the incorporation of Plexiglass, resulting in a piano that resembles a futuristic jewel. Constructed with high-quality German components, including Abel hammers and Rosslau strings, the sound and quality of the action epitomize the opulence of its crystalline exterior. The instrument, enveloped in radiant acrylic, refracts light akin to a striking sculpture. The rim situated above the iron frame is transparent, thus redefining the conventional piano design by positioning the frame as the focal point. German components such as Abel hammers, Rosslau strings, and crystal-clear acrylic by Plexiglass contribute to a superior quality result, making the piano’s price its most valuable asset. The Classic model features crystal legs, a lid, a music stand, and a pedal lyre, while the body is finished with elegant lacquered wood. The Standard Lumiere Classic model is available in white or black but can be customized in any color of your choice for an upgrade. We are pleased to introduce an exquisite new grand piano, the Tango, from Lumiere.
Its exceptional beauty is attributed to the meticulously crafted proportions that allow the traditional grand piano shape to evolve into a novel form. The tapered angle of the tail creates an impressive visual effect; when the lid is opened, it resembles a flag unfurling in the breeze. The transparent acrylic panel situated in the center of the lid elegantly traces the iconic curve characteristic of grand piano architecture, transitioning to a straight edge that aligns with the piano rim’s flat side. This conceptual reimagining of the lid elevates the familiar design into the realm of the innovative, rendering the open lid a striking focal point of the Tango grand piano.
